HOW LIBERALS BAMBOOZLE AMERICA

Last fall, I had the pleasure of meeting Angela McGlowan at Restoration Weekend, hosted by the David Horowitz Freedom Center.

Angela, fresh from an appearance on Fox News Channel's Your World with Neal Cavuto program, joined a group of us who were chatting over late afternoon cocktails in The Breakers' lounge.

Warm and engaging were my initial impressions of this Conservative mover and shaker. First impressions are lasting ones as I found out today when I interviewed Angela about her newly published book Bamboozled - How Americans are being Exploited by the Lies of the Liberal Agenda. Add knowledgeable to the above attributes.

In Bamboozled, Angela writes that through spin, scare tactics, and outright deception, liberals have manipulated millions of black Americans and taken their votes for granted. That people like Al Sharpton, Jessie Jackson, and Farrakhan are "victimhood vendors", liberal bamboozlers who, at almost every turn, strain to make anything and everything about race -- a celebration of black misery and failure admininstered at the hands of sinister -- often invisible -- "structural" forces of white supremacy.

As if on schedule, a news article published today out of Oregon provided a perfect example of what Angela is telling us.
