AMERICA'S ROLE IN THE RUSSIA/GEORGIA CRISIS

ON TUESDAY -- A DOUBLE HEADER.

I'll be hosting a SPECIAL EDITION of THE ANDREA SHEA KING SHOW at 4:30 P.M. ET
and our REGULARLY SCHEDULED PROGRAM at 9 P.M. ET

At 4:30 p.m. -- How should the Bush Administration react to the Georgia-Russian conflict?

We thought you might be interested in hearing National Security and Foreign Policy Expert John Wohlstetter’s views, so we've booked him for a special edition of the Andrea Shea King Show.

At 4:30 p.m. ET Tuesday afternoon, we'll be talking about the crisis with foreign policy expert
John Wohlstetter, who says the Bush Administration should send U.S. troops to the region, but avoid war. Is that possible?

Should America insert itself into the Georgia-Russia Conflict? Ethnic violence in Georgia has threatened to destabilize world geopolitics. Russia’s recent invasion of South Ossetia Province in Georgia has been violent and tumultuous. The Georgian President has withdrawn troops from the region and asked for a cease fire. Georgia, a close ally to the United States, has supported U.S. efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan and is applying for a bid to join NATO.

John C. Wohlstetter is a senior fellow at Discovery Institute and the author of The Long War Ahead and the Short War Upon Us. He is the founder and editor of the blog Letter from the Capitol.”

The Long War Ahead And The Short War Upon Us outlines a frightening scenario of losing two wars with Islamic extremists and calls for a winner takes all battle against terror and barbarism. Wohlstetter describes a multi-dimensional war that will be difficult to win unless America changes its military and foreign policy strategies NOW.

And don't forget! We're on again tonight at 9 with Ken Gartrell, who will explain the basic tenets of Marxism and Communism and use them to explain why he believes the Obama economic policy proposals betray a clear indication of a Communist agenda --whether intended or not.
