Good news,
Chief Justice John Roberts agreed to hear my case Lightfoot v Bowen, challenging eligibility for presidency of Barack Hussein Obama. He distributed the case to the full conference of the Supreme Court.
The timing of this decision by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, John Roberts, is absolutely remarkable.
On January 7, one day before the January 8 vote by Congress and Senate, whether to approve or object to the electoral vote of Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, as president of the United States, Chief Justice Roberts is sending a message to them:
"Hold on, not so fast, there is value in this case, read it. Hawaiian statue 338 allows Foreign Born children of Hawaiian Residents to obtain Hawaiian Birth Certificates, it allows one to get Hawaiian Certification of Life birth based on a statement of one relative only, without any corroborating evidence. You need to investigate, you need corroborating evidence.
"If only one Congressman or one Senator presents a written objection, then there has to be a formal investigation by the joint session of Congress and Senate. During this investigation original birth certificate from Hawaii will be subpoenaed.
All other pertinent documents will be subpoenaed: Obama's immigration records, any and all passports from Indonesia, Kenya and Great Britain; University enrollment records, showing if he was enrolled in US schools and universities and received financial aid as a foreign exchange student from Indonesia or Kenya. All of it can be subpoenaed and obtained within a day or two.
"Each and every member of US Congress and Senate owes it to 320 million American citizens to do his due diligence and demand all necessary records.
When American servicemen are told to risk their lives defending Constitution of this country against all enemies, foreign and domestic, each and every Congressman and each and every Senator can spend a day or two of their time defending this Constitution, reviewing necessary documents, in order to see if Barack Hussein Obama is a Natural Born Citizen, if he is a citizen at all."
This is the message that the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court is sending to them, and if they are not listening, there has to be a massive petition drive to recall them. Truth will come out, no matter how many millions Obama is spending to hide it.

Quit making yourself look stupid. Robertsa agreed to have it submitted to conference where it will be deep sixed with dozens of other cases. Standard operating procedure.
I hate to rain on your parade but this is just a pro-forma maneuver for Cert review. That's just for the Court to determine if it will even accept it for appeal. It's like all the others they have denied. Sorry but they won't accept this for review. Not trying to be difficult but this is NOT an agreement to hear the case. I clerked for Justice Rehnquist back in the 70s.
I agree. The guy who released this statement is putting a LOT of words into the mouth of Chief Justice John Roberts; and, whatever the merits of the case, I find it offensive for this man to assume to speak for the brilliant mind Roberts possesses.
Send a flare in the air when the court write you in in pen, not pencil you in with a stack of other cases.

While I think this is great news, I have to agree with a previous commenter.
Unfortunately, Dr. Taitz did not correctly state what actually happened.
The case has been submitted to Conference. That means that, on January 23 (or the next Monday), if 4 of the 9 Justices agree to hear the case, they will then grant it a writ of Certiorari. However, the case cannot be heard until such writ is granted.

Sorry to say, I agree with the other two Anonymous comments above. The Court will look at this in Conference, and then determine that Dr. Taitz has no "Standing" or other legal fakery to prevent any true investigation of the truth to Obama's heritage. I am personally convinced that he is NOT a valid "natural-born" citizen, as all indications from the laws in place at the time of his birth preclude the "natural" requirement. He may be a Statutory citizen, as am I, naturalised by statutory law. Had his father, Obama Sr., been naturalised, then Obama would not have described him as a Kenyan citizen married to his American Mother.
The funny thing about the "standing" roadblock is that the doctrine has fleshed out by conservatives to block the plaintiff's bar on numerous issues.

Here is the one fact that CANNOT be refuted: of ALL our prior presidents, not ONE of them has spent six figure sums, and hired the services of three law firms, all for the purpose of concealing the details of their birth, their school records, their medical history.
Comrade 0bama has nothing to hide? Authorize the release of the original 'vault' copy of the birth certificate currently under seal by the Governor of Hawaii. That's all he has to do.

Justice Rehnquist also remarked that the Supreme Court was run by clerks, and he did NOT mean it as a compliment. It's a little like your Doctor being run by a medical insurance clerk.
That's the definition of "bureaucracy." So, were neither amused nor impressed by what you have to tell us about what you know about Supreme Court procedures.
Perhaps "I clerked . . . back in the 1970s" is the best thing about your comment.
Remember, there are only TWO MORE STATES to go, and a new Constitutional Convention can FIRE the whole bunch in Washington! They can change where the seat of government is located. They can decide whether or not there will even be a Supreme Court anymore.
But, they won't change a single State Constitution, because it will probably be the States that will take over, just to get the Federal budget under control!
State Governors have to balance their budgets. And look at their budgets -- they are in shambles, and they are $billions in the hole!
I think by June, the States will be "mad as hell, and not going to take it anymore!"
I'm so tired.... dismayed....angry...but powerless. It's like my Country has been betraying us over and over, until I don't even recognize Her any more. If I had the means to go elsewhere I would feel compelled to do so. I am frightened for our future as a nation.

Then start demanding your politicians do what the Contitution says they are supposed to do Anonymous.Now we need to read it to remind them what it says and demand they stick to it.The Constitution was not written for politicans or lawyers,it was written for the leadership of the Country-we the people.
Obama has been accused of being many things. He's been accused of hating America because of his association with Jeremiah Wright. He and his operatives immediately responded via print and electronic media. He and his hundreds of minions vigorously defended Obama and neutralized the controversy. Same with Bill Ayers. Same with his associations with shady characters in Chicago. The accusations were in the dozens. The defense of Obama in each case was immediate, forceful and on script.
Why has he not personally defended his place of birth and his authentic American citizenship in the same way? Why havn't his minions been out there in droves doing the same?
For this reason, this lack of personal and forceful defense over the most damaging accusation of all, one that could keep him out of the Presidency or worse still, put the Country through his removal from the Presidency post fact inauguaration, for this reason alone, this lack of forthcoming defense, do I believe that he's hiding the truth.
I too stand with anonymous who feels helpless and betrayed.
America of all stripes seek the truth.
And Americans don't want a de facto overturning of one of the most important provisions of the Constitution: prohibition of foreign born citizens from serving in the Presidency.
The loyalty factor cannot be compromised.
