London, Feb 25 (ANI): Sofia Vergara has been forced to cancel her Oscar plans, including an appearance at Madonna's party because she's been admitted to hospital for an operation.
The nature of the 'Modern Family' star's condition is not yet known, the Daily Mail reported.Meanwhile, a source close to Vergara told Huffington Post that she was not in the hospital and that "she is totally fine."
Despite the reports, Vergara seemed to be in good spirits as she was pictured enjoying with her fiance Nick Loeb, on Friday evening in West Hollywood. (ANI)
