Jennifer Lawrence was bullied when she was in school. On March 7, Perez Hilton reported that Lawrence didn't always have it so easy and she was not always the popular girl. The "Silver Linings Playbook" actress knows about bullying all too well -- and now she's talking about it.
"I changed schools a lot when I was in elementary school because some girls were mean," Jennifer revealed. This is something that happens a lot, especially nowadays, but to hear that Lawrence experienced this when she was in school is definitely surprising. She seemed to do alright for herself, though... and really, who's laughing now?.....examiner.
Jennifer Lawrence was bullied and left out of things that the other "cool" kids were doing. According to Perez Hilton, Lawrence was once given a stack of birthday invitations to hand out from a girl in her class. The problem was that there wasn't an invitation for Jen. So what did Jen do? She spit on them and threw them in the trash can!
"Don’t worry about the bitches — that could be a good motto, because you come across people like that throughout your life," Lawrence said.
