Marathon runner dies, a 47-year-old man has died of a heart attack after running in the the St Patrick's Day race, Barcelona's Clinic Hospital says .
The hospital says he suffered the attack during the race on Sunday and passed away shortly after arriving at the clinic. Gezahgne Abrera of Ethiopia won the race in 2 hours, 10 minutes, 17 seconds. Countrywoman Lemelen Berha won the women's event in 2:34:39.
